Holistic nutrition focuses on the entire or “whole” body approach (body, mind and soul). Holistic nutrition will help you create an optimal state of well-being and help prevent many health problems before it arises. Holistic nutrition encourages the use of whole-natural nutrient-dense foods to fuel the body. Taking a holistic approach by incorporating healthy eating habits and a healthy mindset which will lead to a more gratifying lifestyle.

You will be required to fill out a Lifestyle Assessment form 2-3 days prior to your initial consultation. This way we can start looking over your concerns at our first session. This form will be emailed to you when you book your session. We will then discuss your primary goals and start a plan to help you.  

Some healthcare benefit companies cover holistic nutrition services as “Nutritional Counseling.” You will need to check your benefits plan to see if nutritional counseling is covered.
