Your initial chiropractic session is one hour long, with two focused parts:
- Assessment (first 30 minutes)
- Treatment (final 30 minutes)

🏠 Home Exercise Plan
As part of your ongoing care, your chiropractor may also provide you with customized exercises to do at home. These may include:

- Strengthening exercises to support joint stability
- Postural work to help prevent future strain
These exercises are straightforward and easy to fit into your daily routine. They’re designed to reinforce your in-clinic treatment and keep your progress moving forward between visits. Like with our physiotherapy clients, this “homework” is an essential part of your recovery plan.
